What is the reward system for ImIn?

The more hours you sign up for and actually fulfill, the higher your status.

• If you work 20 hours per week or if your manager rewards points based off of performance to reach 100 points, you will reach the silver status and are able to select your desired hours 2 hours before someone with no status.
• If you work 30 hours per week or if your manager rewards points based off of performance to reach 150 points, you will reach the gold status and are able to select your desired hours 4 hours before individuals with lower status.
• If you work 40 hours per week, if OT is offered on the project, or if your manager rewards points based off of performance to reach 200 points, you will reach the platinum status and are able to select your desired hours 24 hours before individuals with lower status.

How will I know that hours are available on the app?

The application will indicate available hours through the interval appearing green in color.

If all hours are green, does that mean all intervals are available?

Not necessarily. Each hour shown on the application has the ability to be clicked and the user will be shown additional times within that hour. Please make sure to check which intervals within the hour are available and are shown in green. If the interval is not available, the user will receive a pop-up indicating the hours they are trying to select are not available.
